SOT23-5LDESCRIPTION

The LK112S is a low dropout linear regulator witha built in electronic switch. The internal switch canbe controlled by TTL or CMOS logic levels. Thedevice is ON state when the control pin is pulled toa logic high level. An external capacitor can beused connected to the noise bypass pin to lowerthe output noise level to 30µVrms. An internal PNPpass transistor is used to achieve a low dropoutvoltage.

The LK112S has a very low quiescent current inON MODE while in OFF MODE the Iq is reduceddown to 100nA max. The internal thermalshutdown circuitry limits the juntion temperature tobelow 150°C. The load current is internallymonitored and the device will shutdown in thepresence of a short circuit or overcurrent conditionat the output.

regulator when is connected to GND or to positive voltage less than 0.6V
