摘要：A ceramic capacitor having a ceramic dielectric layer positioned between a firstelectrode layer and a second electrode layer and methods of manufacturing the sameare provided. The ceramic dielectric layer includes a niobium doped barium titanate, a
sodium bismuth titanate, and barium zirconate. The niobium doped barium titanate ispresent in an amount such that the ceramic dielectric layer includes from about 5% byweight to about 50% by weight barium titanate and from about 0.1% by weight to about2% by weight niobium. The sodium bismuth titanate is present in the ceramic dielectriclayer in an amount from about 25% by weight to about 75% by weight, and the bariumzirconate is present in an amount from about 5% by weight to about 30% by weight.
