LAB 2 WEB AX Station Software Installation & Registration
Objectives:
Get to know the installation and registration process. 了解安装和注册的过程。
Instructions:
1. Confirm PC requirements(确认PC机要求):
Processor: Intel Pentium. IV, 3 GHz or higher.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows. NT 4.0 with ServicePack 4 or higher. Internet Explorer. 5.0 or later, or Netscape Communicator. 4.5 or later.
Hard Drive: 10 GB minimum, 25 GB for applications that need more archiving capacity.
Modem: 56 KB minimum, Full time, high speed ISP connection is recommended for remote site access (for example,TI, ADSL, cable modem).
Display: Video card and monitor capable of displaying 1024 x768 pixel resolution. Network Support: Ethernet adapter (10/100 megabit with RJ-45 connector). Memory: 2 GB minimum
2. Software installation (软件安装)
Follow the installation wizard with local administrator privilege, but note the several steps.
以本地管理员权限按照安装模板安装,但是注意几个步骤
2.1.Install “distribution file” for Webs controller. Check the first option. (安装Webs控制器可用的distribution file,选择第一项)

3. Check license (检查License状况)
Popup a message window when first run Workbench.(第一次运行Workbench时会跳出提示窗口)
If you don’t connect internet, popup a license view including Host ID and other information needed in registering the software.
如果没有连到Internet,会跳出以下的信息框,包含Host ID和其他的注册软件所需的信息。
If you have internet connection, a web page will show up, you can fill the necessary information then submit for license file.
如果有internet的连接,会跳出注册网页如下,填好必要信息然后发送。

4 Install license file.(安装许可文件)
Copy and paste the license file to “licenses” folder of program directory. 如果已经取得License文件直接复制到安装路径的”licenses”文件夹里

LAB 3 Niagara Workbench Overview
Objective: Go over the Niagara Workbench. Start/Stop a Station. 目标: 熟悉Niagara Workbench界面,启动和停止一个站点。
Instructions / 指导:
1. Open Platform 打开Platform
Open WEBStation (Niagara Workbench 运行WEBStation
File Menu – Open – Open Platform
Host IP: localhost Port 3011(default)
Login with administrator username and password.
File菜单-Open – Open Platform,
Host IP: localhost Port 3011 (default默认) 输入管理员用户名和密码登陆。
2. Start a Station 运行一个站点
Double click “Application Director” in Platform. 双击Platform中的Application Director。

Select demo in view pane. Click “Start” button to start the “demo” station. 选择站点名为demo的station。点击Start按钮启动站点。
The status of demo station change from “idle” --”Starting”--“Running”. Demo站点的状态由idle 闲置--starting启动中-- Running运行。
3. View the Demo 浏览演示站点
Open Internet Browser. Open address “localhost”. Login with username: ”admin”, password: “” (blank).
打开网页浏览器。打开地址localhost。用户名admin密码空登陆。

4. Stop a Station 停止一个站点

LAB 4 Create a New Station
Objectives:
Get to know how to create a new station in the local PC. (For WEBs controller, we can use Station Commissioning Wizard that will practice in LAB12)

Instructions:
1. Open the New station wizard.
Click the “new station” under “Tools” menu icon. 点击Tools 菜单下的new station.
2. Name the new station (use yourname+WEBs01 to avoid duplicated ) 给新station命名

LAB 5 Programming for AHU
Objectives:
From this Lab, we will get to know how program for WEBs controller. Including created control points, build up the control sequences, link the modules and points up and debug the program.

4 Create an AHU control logic.
Double click the “AHULogic” icon to open “wiring sheet”.
4.1. We assume the AHU control includes 3 items;假设有3个控制要求
• Return air temperature control, PID samples the return air temperature and return air setpoint and output to cooling valve and heating valve. 回风温度采用PID控制,采集回风温度和设定点并控制冷热水阀。

LAB 6 Graphics 图形界面
Objective: This lab will introduce how to build graphics and link with logic, points. When you finished lab, you will have a graphic for the AHU. 目标: 本练习将介绍如何制作图形界面并和程序与点进行链接。
Instructions / 指导:
1. Create folders for graphics建立图形文件夹
Create a SubFolder named “ PxHome” under folder “Config” of Station “WEBs01” used for graphics pages.
在WEBs01 Station中Config目录下新建文件夹“PxHome”,用于存放图形页面。
Create a SubFolder named “ AHU01” under folder “PxHome”, we will put graphics for AHU01 in it.
在PxHome目录下新建文件夹“AHU01”,用于存放空调机AHU01对应图形页面。
2. Create a New View of the folder 为文件夹建立图形页面
Select folder “AHU01” in PxHome, drop down the View Selector and choose “New View” to create Px file.

In the popup window, input View Name : “AHU01”, Target Media select “Workbench PxMedia”, Source choose “Px File”, and click OK button. The workbench will create a Px page for “AHU01” and switch into the edit mode.
在弹出窗口中, View Names输入“AHU01”,Target Media 选择“Workbench PxMedia”,Source 选择“Px File”,点击“OK”确认,Workbench将创建对“AHU01” 的图形页面,并进入编辑模式。

3. Switch between View and Edit Mode of Px sheet
切换浏览和编辑模式
Double click “AHU01” in the side bar pane or select “AHU01” in the View Selector, in the view pane will show the view mode of “AHU01” Px sheet.
双击左边面板中的“AHU01”,或者在View Selector 中选择“AHU01”,在view pane工作界面中会显示 “AHU01”的图形显示模式。
Select “Edit AHU01” in the View Selector, workbench will switch to Edit mode of AHU01 Px sheet.
在View Selector中选择“Edit AHU01”,系统将进入“AHU01”的图形编辑模式。
4. Px sheet in file system and Delete Px sheet
图形页面在文件系统中位置,删除图形页面
In the side bar pane, open folder “Files” in Station “WEBs01”, spread “px” folder, you will find a file named “AHU01.px” which is correspond to Px sheet of “AHU01” folder. Using the windows explorer, you can find it in “WEBsAX install folder\\stations\\WEBs01\\px”.
展开在左侧面板中WEBs01站点“Files”文件夹,展开“px”文件夹,你会发现一个名称为“AHU01.px”的文件,其对应了“AHU01”文件夹的Px Sheet图形页面。 如果你使用windows自带的资源管理器也可以在WEBsAX安装目\\ stations\\WEBs01\\px下找到该文件。

Delete Px Sheet: Double click AHU01 in PxHome, select “Slot Sheet” in View
Selector. Select the row which name is “AHU01”, right click on it, and delete. Px Sheet in folder AHU01 is deleted. The file “AHU01.px” in “File\\px” will not be deleted at this time.
删除 Px Sheet: 双击PxHome中的AHU01文件夹,在View Selector中选择“Slot Sheet”,选择名称为“AHU01”的行,右键Delete删除,此时文件夹
AHU01对应的图形页面被删除了。而存放在File\\px中的”AHU01.px”文件并未被删除。
Create a Px View for AHU01 again. You will find the popup window as below.
Choose “Overwrite” at this time.
按前述方法重新为AHU01建立图形页面。你会发现如下弹出窗口,请选择“Overwrite”。
5. Add graphics from WEBsAX library
从WEBsAX库中添加图形
Switch to the Edit mode of AHU01 px sheet.

Select the Canvas (background), modify the View Size to 1024*768 in Properties Pane. (This size should based on the site resolution.)

Open “KitPxHvac” in Palette.
Drag and drop “ductA” in folder “ducts” into the canvas. (If you want to delete, right click on the components and select delete in the menu.)

选择ducts文件夹中的ductA组件,拖放到编辑桌面中间。(如果你需要删除,在组件上右键,菜单中选择delete删除。)

Open “KitPx” in Palette. Add a “BooleanImage” into the canvas.

Double click the “BooleanImage” component in canvas. In the pop up the
properties window, click “…” button to modify “Image” property.

Open “KitPx” in Palette. Add a “BoundLabel” to the canvas.
Modify the Ord property of the “BoundLabel” component in canvas as below.

OK to finish. And the value of the cooling valve will show, drag it to property place.

Open “KitPxHvac” in Palette. Add a equipment\\“fanRight” to the canvas. Modify the Ord property of the “fanRight” component in canvas as below. OK to finish. And the fan picture will show on the canvas, drag it to property place.
打开Palette中“KitPxHvac”面板。添加一个equipment中“fanRight”组件到工作区。 修改其Ord 属性如下图所示。OK完成。风机图片显示,拖放到合适位置。

7. Import your custom graphics 导入自定义图形
Create your own .jpg format file by Paint. Copy the file to the WEBsAX install folder\\stations\\WEBs01\\px.
Find it in Side Bar Pane: Station(WEBs01)\\Files\\px. If it is not showed, right click on the tree select Refresh Tree Node.
Drag the file on to the AHU01 Px sheet in Edit mode. (note:the image can not be re-scaled)
建立你自己的.jpg格式文件(可使用画图板)。把该文件复制到WEBsAX安装目录\\WEBs01\\px下。
在左侧面板中:Station(WEBs01)\\Files\\px找到该文件,如果没有显示,则在树形结构上右键选择Refresh Tree Node刷新。
在编辑模式下,选中并拖放这个文件到AHU01的图形界面上。(注意:图片文件不能缩放。)
8. Add controllable modules from WEBsAX Library
从WEBsAX库中添加可控制图形模块
Open “KitPx” in Palette. Add a “SetPointSlider” to the canvas.

Run “Alarm Portal” in Windows Stat menu Program. Run “Add Alarm Console” in Alarm menu.

Objectives:
We try to connect the remote WEBs controller to Local PC by linking stations.我们通过连接station来连接本地PC和远程的WEBs控制器。
Instruction:
1. Open the stations.
Open the platform and “WEBs01” station of local PC that built in the pervious Labs. Open the platform and “WEBs02” station of remote WEBs controller that built in the last Lab.

2. Add Negara network in the Local PC.

Delete the “AHUPoints” under “WEBs02\\Config”.This action will also delete the links that we made in Lab13. Now we will let the program and graphics in Local PC control the Spyder outputs. So link the points added in the last step to the Lon Proxy Points for Spyder I/O.

Double click the BackupService in Services, then open the property sheet of
BackupService. Set exclude files and directories. (You can use default settings at this time.)

Objectives:
In this Lab, we will configure, program and commission a Spyder for a simple VAV application. Including connecting a T7560, Flow control, Flow calibration, application reuse.

Instruction:
1. Install HoneywellSpyder module into WEBs controller.
Connect the remote WEBs controller, and install “HoneywellSpyder.jar” into the controller with File Transfer Client, but first copy these file into “Modules” folder of AX installation directory of Local PC first.

2. Add Spyder.

6.2 Open wiring sheet of “T7560” by double clicking the icon. Drag and drop the physical input/outputs into the wiring sheet. And assign the terminal to the relative I/O in “Terminal Assignment View” of “VAV01”.
通过双击T7560的图标打开wiring sheet. 拖放以下的physical input/output 到wiring sheet. 并且在VAV01的Terminal Assignment View里安排相关的I/O端子。

7. Test the wall module and occupancy sequence.
7.1. Commission the Spyder controller and download.

7.2. Debug the program (Spyder will change to online debug mode automatically)
Click to add the debug point, only add the points you can diagnosis them online.
Otherwise, the value of points is not proper.
Press the bypass button of wall module to check the bypass mode display.

8. Program for VAV flow control.
Before this step, we should assume a simple VAV application.

8.4. Download and test the flowcontrol program. 下载并且测试flowcontrol程序 Add the the outputs of RMT, SPT,Flowsensor FlowVelocity, CoolPID, Flowcontol to the diagnosis points lists for online debug.

• To see if the damper is opened more when sensor high than setpoint. 看看在温度高于设定值时风阀是否打开更大。
• To see if the damper is closed more when except Occupied and Bypass

9. Calibrate the sensors
First you should open the “Controlprogram”.
Right click the Spyder, and click on the popup menu.
首先打开Controlprogram,右击Spyder, 点击弹出菜单上的选项。
10. Diagnose Outputs
First, you should open the “ControlProgram”.
Click on “Diagnose outputs” for this operation. Directly change the Edit value to test the wiring and the reliability of outputs devices.
首先要打开ControlProgram, 选择”Diagnose Output”, 更改Edit Value来测试接线和输出设备。
You can change the Edit Value for calibration.
你可更改Edit Value来矫正。

11. Calibrate the flow simply.
11.1. Use Diagnose Output tool to force Damper fully open (100%), and close the dialog window with keep Spyder in manual mode.
适用Diagnose Output工具强制风阀100%开,关闭对话框但是保持Spyder在manual模式下。
11.2. Get the actual flow when damper in fully opened (maximum flow), and get the K factor of the VAVBox, do the calculating.
在风阀100%开启的情况下,获取VAVBox的K参数,做以下计算。

Actual DP= (Flow/K)2 Flow – M3/h DP— Pa Units depend on the definition of the manufactory of VAVbox.
单位取决于VAVBox厂商的定义。
11.3. Calibrate the flow sensor. Fill in the Actual DP and write up the offset value. (Note: when Spyder is reset, power down/up or download program the offset value will be clear to zero).
矫正流量传感器。填入Actual DP 并且记录offset 值。注意:当Spyder 被Reset, 电源关开或者下载程序这个offset值会清零。
11.4. Enter the Diagnostic Output window, change the manual mode to auto mode for normal running.
进入Diagnostic Output窗口, 更改manual模式到auto模式使Spyder进入正常运行。

12. Use Spyder library.
In this section we try to backup our programs that we made in pervious steps. And import some Spyder library for reference.
这个部分我们尝试备份我们在之前的步骤中建立的程序,并且输入一些供参考的Spyder Libraryl
12.1. open the Spyder library 打开Spder library.
12.2. Create a new Application for reuse. Name it “VAV”
建一个新的Application,命名为VAV

12.3. Drag & drop the Applications of VAV01 to the new “VAV” application. Add save library.
拖放VAV01中的Application到这个新的VAV application.并保存library.
12.4. Import the App_Lib_Rel to the Spyder Library
Unzip the App_Lib_Rel.zip to a folder, then use Import tool to browser this folder. Select the jar file you want to reuse.
解压App_Lib_Rel.zip到一个文件加。适用Import 工具浏览这个文件夹,选择你想要复用的Jar文件。

12.5. Load the imported or saved applications (devices) for reuse.
Add a new Spyder controller, drag and drop the application to Spyder Controlprogram. You may do some changes.
