摘要：The present invention provides a synchronization device for a manualtransmission of a vehicle, including a synchronizer ring (24) configured to synchronizerotation of a transmission gear (12) and rotation of a clutch hub (21), the synchronizerring (24) including: a ring body having an annular shape; an axial protruding portion, whichprotrudes from the ring body toward the clutch hub (21) in an axial direction so as to seta size of an axial clearance to be formed between the ring body and the clutch hub (21) inthe axial direction; and a radial protruding portion, which protrudes from the ring bodytoward the clutch hub (21) in a radial direction intersecting the axial direction so as to seta size of a radial clearance to be formed between the ring body and the clutch hub (21) inthe radial direction. The ring body, the axial protruding portion, and the radial protrudingportion are formed integrally by metal stamping. With this, it is possible to provide aneffective technology for reducing cost required to manufacture the synchronizer ring ofthe synchronization device for a manual transmission of a vehicle while securingappropriate clearances between the synchronizer ring and the clutch hub opposed toeach other.
