摘要:To sufficiently remove dependency on distance and the like that remain in animage subjected to dividing operation and to perform observation with fluorescenceimages that are high in quantitativity. There is provided a fluorescence observationapparatus (1), including: a lighting section (4) including a light source (3) that emitsillumination light and excitation light; a fluorescence imaging section (18) adapted to pickup fluorescence generated on a subject (A) and to acquire a fluorescence image (G2); areturned light imaging section (17) adapted to pick up returned light returned from thesubject A and to acquire a returned light image (G1); a preprocessing section (23) adaptedto multiply at least either the fluorescence image (G2) or the returned light image (G1)by a coefficient in which a distance property of fluorescence intensity and a distanceproperty of returned light intensity, which are acquired in advance with respect to astandard sample, come to be in a relation directly proportional to each other and togenerate a fluorescence image for correction (G2'') and a returned light image forcorrection (G1''); and a fluorescence image correction section (24) adapted to divide the
fluorescence image for correction (G2''), which was generated by the preprocessingsection (23), by the returned light image for correction (G1'').
