I have been feeling really stressed out lately and it seems like no matter what I do, I can't shake it off. There are a few things that have been bothering me and I just don't know how to deal with them.
Firstly, work has been really overwhelming. I have a lot of deadlines to meet and there never seems to be enough time in the day to get everything done. I feel like I'm constantly playing catch up and it's starting to take a toll on me.
Secondly, I've been having some issues with my family. We've been arguing a lot lately and it's been really hard on me. I feel like I'm stuck in the middle and I don't know how to make things better.
Lastly, I've been feeling really lonely. I don't have
many friends and I feel like I'm always by myself. It's hard to meet new people, especially during COVID times, and I just don't know what to do.
Overall, I just feel really overwhelmed and like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I know I need to find a way to deal with these issues, but I just don't know where to start.
