摘要：A mobile telecommunications system is described in which a base stationallocates control channel elements for signalling resource allocation data for a numberof mobile telephones. The CCEs are partitioned into at least two groups, one for uplinkallocations and one for downlink allocations. In one embodiment, the group size is fixedwhilst in another embodiment, the group size changes between sub-frames. In anotherembodiment, the group size is varied in a pseudo-random manner.
