摘要：Polymerizable siloxy-substituted silanes are obtained in high yield and purity byadding a substituted alkoxysilane to a mixture of disiloxane, acetic acid, sulfuric acid, andoptionally an acidic catalyst, separating a product phase from an acidic phase, addinghexamethyldisilazane to the product phase and filtering off a resulting salt, followed bydistillation.
