摘要：Disclosed is a fluid control valve, particularly a hot water valve, comprising twovalve elements, i.e. a valve seat (6) and a closing element (7) that cooperates with thevalve seat (6) in a specific contact region, and an actuating device (9). One of the two valveelements (6, 7) is provided with an elastomeric element, at least on the side facing theother valve element (7, 6). The aim of the invention is to create, in a simple manner, aprogressive characteristic curve of the valve. Said aim is achieved by providing at least oneof the two valve elements (6, 7) with a precontact zone (12) in which contact between thevalve seat (6) and the closing element (7) is limited to a predetermined partial area of thecontact region, said partial area having a predetermined deformation behavior whileapplying a predetermined force which counteracts the approach of the closing element(7) and the valve seat (6).
