多媒体（PPT），词组卡片，简笔画画出环形道路。 教学过程：
Step1. Pre-reading
1．Enjoy a rhyme: Traffic on the road.
（此歌谣是五年级下册书上第二单元语音板块内容，有模仿交通工具的声音，较有趣，课前活跃下气氛。）
2. Aims of this lesson
Can read and understand this passage. Know some rules of this lesson. Can tell the rules to others.

（呈现本节课的预设目标，课前让学生明确本节课的重点是什么，需要达到什么目标。）
3. Play a game
T: Pay attention to the rules.教授rule这个单词。
T: Right pictures say must, wrong pictures say mustn’t, and do the action with me.
（游戏导入新课，同时教授情态动词must, mustn’t, 并跟着老师做相应动作，此步骤为课文中表演警察说的话埋下伏笔。）
（过渡语：Most of the pictures are wrong, because safety is the first.）PPT呈现Safety is the first. Safety is like ABC---Always be careful.
4. Present the title.

（PPT呈现safety的三种用法：safe形容词 safely副词 safety名词）
