Communicative task
Step1: first divide the whole class into two groups and debate about the topic: Using a computer is not do more harm than good or more harm than good in our daily life. (10 minutes)
Step2: as for the debating result, thinking about how should we use computers reasonably, four students a group and discuss. At last, chose one student to express their group opinion.(5minutes)
Step3: the teacher conclude the topic roundly.
Communicative task belongs to the communicative language teaching. Firstly, we use the form of debating, it can attractive students interests, and then during the process of debating, it concludes functional view, socio-constructivist theory. When students express their opinions, it concludes linguistic competence, fluency and pragmatic competence. During the whole of class, the teacher will play the role of controller, assessor and organizer.
