(1) 引导岗位的提示语 ------- 第一课时

(2) 情景对话1(行李太大，需办理托运)——第二课时

S: Excuse me , sir.

先生，打扰了。

P: What?

S:Your bag is too big, so you can not take it with you 。You'd better check it in .

你发行李包太大了，不可以随身携带，最好去托运。

P:Shall I pay for it ?

(3) 情景对话2 (手推车不能进候机楼)——第三课时

S: Excuse me, sir . No trolley is inside.
