摘要：A purified protein (CaDet) which in SDS Page gradient shows a molecular weightof about 25,000 Daltons has been eluted from antibody affinity columns with immobilizedantibodies specifically directed against the protein C1 IAC described in U.S. Patent No.4,132,769, by elution with a detergent. CaDet reacts with anti C1 IAC in
immunoprecipitation tests and, when used for immunization, CaDet gives increased titersof anti C1 IAC.
