摘要：The invention relates to a medical implantable lead being adapted to beinserted into a human or animal body and attached to an organ inside the body formonitoring and/or controlling the function of the organ. The lead comprising a header(13) in a distal end, a fixation means (14) and an elec¬ trode (14) arranged in the header,wherein the fixation means is arranged to attach the distal end of the lead to the organand the electrode is arranged to transmit or receive electrical signals to or from theorgan. The lead also com- prises a connector (2) in a proximal end which includes aconnector pin (4) and is adapted to be connected to a monitoring and/or controllingdevice, and an inner coil (6), which extends inside an outer casing (11, 12, 15) of the leadand is adapted to transmit electrical signals between the monitoring and/or controllingdevice and the electrode, wherein the inner coil is attached to the connector pin. Theinner coil (6) extends through a bore (17) inside the con¬ nector pin (4) and is attached tothe connector pin in its proximal end. The invention also relates to a method formanufacturing of such a lead.
