摘要：A therapeutic reagent to control one or more reactions of the immune systemin a host, or to deliver anti-tumour agents, or disease treatment agents to the host. Thetherapeutic reagent comprises a regulatory moiety and a carrier protein that inactivatesor substantially reduces the activity of the regulatory moiety. Also, the therapeuticreagent includes a cleavage site at which cleavage of the therapeutic reagent can occurto free the regulatory moiety from the carrier protein so that the therapeutic reagentcan act at a diseased site in the host.
