讲座人简介
张瑞稳 男，博士，现任美国德州理工大学药学院药学系主任，教授。南京医科大学(兼职教授)，第三军医大学(客座教授)， 江苏大学(荣誉教授)， 华中理工大学 (荣誉教授)， 沈阳药科大学 (荣誉教授).
1988年在复旦大学上海医学院获医学博士，1989-1992年在UAB大学医学院做博士后研究。1992-20xx年期间曾任美国伯明翰阿拉巴马大学(UAB)药理与毒理系教授，癌症研究中心、艾滋病研究中心、癌症化学预防中心、基因治疗中心、老年化及老年病研究中心、临床营养研究中心资深研究员，肿瘤药理中心实验室主任。主要研究领域有分子癌症细胞生物学、分子癌症治疗学、基因调控和沉默、生物技术和生物药物学、开发遗传为基础的用于治疗癌症和感染疾病的新型药物、药物基因组学、药物遗传学、药物作用、毒理、药物遗传学、毒理基因组学的分子机制、临床药物学、生物标志物和癌症预防以及疾病预防和治疗的天然产物。
目前拥有美国毒理学家资格证书(DABT)，美国科学促进学会会员(AAAS)，美国FDA顾问(临床化学与临床毒理学)，担任美国NIH、DoD、CDC、NIOSH等重大项目的评审工作;担任美国多家学术协会的会员;中国国家自然科学基金评审专家。担任19家美国知名杂志的主编、副主编及编委;为71家学术期刊的特约审稿人;曾受邀国际学术会议及世界各地学术研究机构作学术报告百余次。张瑞稳教授现负责主持多项美国NIH、DoD、ACS研究课题，共获得国际专利12项，参与编写中英文著作46本，其领导的研究室已在国际知名杂志上发表研究论文近160篇。

会议主题为“医院图书馆的创新发展”。会议将围绕大会主题组织院士报告、主题报告、专题报告、青年论坛与优秀论文报告等学术交流活动。

四、会议征文与优秀论文评选
1、投稿要求：未在公开发行的刊物上发表或全国性学术会议上交流的文章。文稿务求论点明确，论据可靠，文字精炼，一般不超过6000字。文稿请附中英文题名、关键词和摘要，作者姓名、职称/职务、单位、地址、邮箱。
2、截稿日期：20xx年7月22日。
3、优秀论文评选：会议将编辑出版论文集，评选大会发言优秀论文，同时推荐到核心期刊《中国医院》和《医学信息学》杂志上发表。
五、继续教育学分
本次会议的正式参会代表将授予20xx年中国医院协会继续医学教育项目I类学分，项目编号：医院协会继教备字[20xx]10号。
六、参会费用
1、会务费标准：800元/人(含会议费、资料费及会议期间餐费)。
2、会议统一安排住宿，费用自理。住宿标准：标间每床150元/人/天，普通大床300元/间/天;商务标间每床210元/人/天，商务大床420元/间/天。如超时退房等情况按协议价增收半天至1天房费。
